It started with medicines, not vans

In 2002 our parent company, Macaw Limited, was asked to rethink how temperature-sensitive medicines are kept safe in transit. The answer was temperature-controlled packaging and thermal protection, and Macaw went on to lead the industry with it.

In 2016 we saw a new use for the same technology: keeping vehicles warm in winter and cool in summer. Vehicle Blinds Ltd was set up to take that material, and everything learned protecting medicines on the move, and put it into blinds for cars, vans and campers.

Roughly 13mm thick

A foil-backed material with a double layer of air pockets trapped inside. Depending on which way the blinds face, the trapped air helps keep the warmth in or the heat out.

Suction cups that won't scorch

Some suction cups focus sunlight like a magnifying glass and can scorch or fade your interior. Ours don't, so you can leave your blinds up without worrying.

The clips on the non-stealth blinds let you turn your blinds round to suit the season: warm in winter, cool in summer.
